Last week The Rotary Club of Tuscaloosa welcomed University of Alabama Head Softball Coach Patrick Murphy. Coach Murphy was very excited to talk to the club about their recent National Championship! He stated after 14 trips to the SEC Championship and 8 Trips to the World Series, they finally won the Title!

Coach Murphy mentioned 4 ways he believes will build a winning team. They were recruiting, manifest pride and act with class, look the part (“act as if”), and coaching the person instead of the player. Coach Murphy was excited to announce that Alabama finally has a commitment from the state of California, who just so happens can hit the ball 290ft!
