Tuscaloosa Rotary Honor Flight will be making its 4th flight on May 18th and we will be taking both WWII and Korean War Veterans to see their memorials in Washington D.C.
More information will be posted on the Club’s Website, and anyone interested in helping out with this year’s flight or knows a potential veteran or guardian can e-mail Rotarian Jordan Plaster at james_plasterjr@ml.com.
On 3/19/13 we will have an off-sire meeting at the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater.
Lowell Davis, Director of Programs is excited to announce that upcoming we will have David Bronner on June 11, 2013. We will also be having Dr. Judy Bonner and Dr. Witt, to name a few. Suggestions for programs are welcome! Also in accordance with James’ goal to have 4 social events during his term, we are looking at a possible pool party/cook-out that will be open for all Rotarians and their immediate family.
Annual 6860 Conference will be at Lake Guntersville 4/18 – 20, 2013. Three to four people from our club are needed to attend and the Club can help with expenses. Pease let him know if interested.
Reminder: Badges go in the bowl at the end of the meeting. This process is going very well.
