President James asked that Rotarians with questions for the guest speaker please stand when asking their questions.

August is membership and extension month with RI. There are two main goals during this month. First, is to encourage members to get involved with a committee, bring a friend to a meeting, etc. Second, August 14th is Rotary Moment Tweet Day. Members that use twitter are encouraged to tweet about a Rotary moment on the 14th using the #Rotary Moment. Email Frank Deaver if anyone is interested in getting involved or needs additional information.

REMINDER: the upcoming OFFSITE Meeting with the United Way Campaign Kick-off is this week (August 14, 2012), and will be at the Bryant Conference Center. Rotarians are encouraged to arrive at the Bryant Conference Center as close to 11:30 A.M. as possible.
